RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF
GLASGOW DRIVE AND SHADOW MOUNTAIN DRIVE, GLASGOW DRIVE
AND EDINBURGH DRIVE AS STOP INTERSECTIONS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga a. re hereby
designated as stop intersections:
Name of Street Description
Glasgow Drive All vehicles traveling on Glasgow Drive both
eastbound and westbound shall stop before
entering or crossing the intersection thereof
with Shadow Mountain Drive
Shadow Mountain Drive All vehicles traveling on Shadow Mountain Drive
southbound shall stop before entering or crossing
the intersection thereof with Glasgow Drive.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs
are installed.
SECTION II: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby
designated as stop intersections:
Name of Street Description
Glasgow Drive All vehicles traveling on Glasgow Drive both
northeastbound and southwestbound shall stop
before entering or crossing the intersection
thereof with Edinburgh Drive.
Edinburgh Drive All vehicles traveling on Edinburgh Drive north-
westbound shall stop before entering or crossing
the intersection thereof with Glasgow Drive.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs
are installed.
SECTION III: In order to implement regulations as set forth in Section I,
Section III of Resolution MV-88 (adopted 12/4/74) and any
other resolution in conflict with this resolution, are hereby rescinded.
The remainder of said resolutions not in conflict with this resolution, shall
remain in full force and effect.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga a.t a regular meeting held on the 7th day of
April, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Brigham, Corr and Matteoni
