RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF SARATOGA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of street in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested area, and the
following limit for parking of motor vehicles is hereby established
for said portion of said street:
Name of Street DescriptiOn
Saratoga Avenue On the northwesterly side from 315'+
northeasterly of the easterly prolongation
of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way
to 965!.~ nertheasterly thereof.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
5th day of May, 1976, by the following vote:
