RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF CANYON VIEW DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portion of street in the City of Saratoga is
hereby declared to be a congested area, and the following limit for
parking of motor vehicles is hereby established for said portion of
said street:
Name of Street Description Parking Limit
Canyon View Drive On the northerly and south- NO PARKING
erly sides between 98'+ and ANYTIME
310'% easterly of Glenmont
Drive
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
21st day of July, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Brigham, Corr, and Matteoni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Counci lman Kraus /
