RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF
BUCKNALL ROAD AND PASEO PRESADA AS A STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I: The following intersection in the City of Saratoga is hereby
designated as a. stop intersection:
Name of Street Description
Bucknail Rd. All vehicles traveling on Bucknail Road
southeastbound shall stop before entering
or crossing the intersection thereof with
-Pa. seo Presada.
This section shall become effective at...such time as the proper
signs,:"'m!~:a~!~e installed.
SECTION II: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portions of streetsin the City of Saratoga
shall be designated by double-yellow centerline striping to indicate
no driving to the left thereof:
Name of Street Description
Bucknail Road From 120'~ westerly of Paseo Presada
to 100± easterly thereof.
Paseo Presada From Bucknail Road to 120'~ southerly
thereof.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 18th
day of August, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Kraus, Brigham, Corr, and Matteoni
NOES: None
