RESOLUTION LIMITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF RADOYKA DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of street in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested area, and the
following limit for parking of motor vehicles is hereby established
for said portion of said street.

Radoyka Drive On the southeasterly side NO PARKING
between Lolly Drive and 8:00 a.m. to
210'+ southwesterly thereof 7:00 p.m.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
Due to the anticipated time delay in obtaining such signs, the
parking limitation shall be NO PARKING AT ANY TIME, and this shall
become effective at such time as the proper signs or markings are
installed. This shall be rescinded once the NO PARKING 8:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. signs are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 1st day of December, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Brigham, Kraus, Corr, Matteoni, Bridges
NOES: None
