RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A POETSON OF UPPER HILL DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows~
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portion of street in the City of Saratoga is
hereby declared to be a congeared area, and the parking of motor vehicles
is hereby prohibited for said portion of said street.

Upper Hill Drive On all sides No Parking
from the northerly Anytime
extension of the
westerly curbline
of Upper Hill Court
to the westerly
terminus of Upper
Hill Drive
This section shall become effective at such time as the prdper signs
and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 20th
day of April, 1977, by the following vote:
