RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON PORTIONS OF OAK STREET AND STATE ROUTE #9 (BIG BASIN WAY)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets in the City
of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas and the following
limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said

State Route #9 On the southeasterly side NO PARKING
(Big Basin Way) from the northwesterly pro- ANYTIME
longation of the northeasterly
curbline of Third Street to a
point 37'+ northeasterly there-
of.
Oak Street On the northwesterly side from NO PARKING
the southeasterly extension of ANYTIME
the northeasterly curbline of
Third Street to a point 68'+
northeasterly thereof.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
18th day of May, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bddge% Brigham, Krags, Corr&Ma~eeni
