RESOLUTION PROHIBITING STOPPING, STANDING OR
PARKING ON GERALD ZAPPELLI COURT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets in the City
of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas and the stopping,
standing or parking of motor vehicles are hereby prohibited for said
portions of said streets:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
Gerald ~Zappelli' Ct. On all sides its entire NO STOPPING
length ANYTIME
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
16th day of November, 1977, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bridges, Kraus, Corr, Matteoni
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Brigham .....
