RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING OF MOTOR
VEHICLES ON CITY PROPERTY AT T[~ INTERSECTION OF COX AVE,
AND ~A. RATOGA/...~UNNYVALE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: This resolution is adopted pursuant to the provisions of
Vehicle Code Section 22519 of the State of California, re-
lating to the regulation of off-street parking on facilities owned or operated
by the City of Saratoga.
Section 2: Full-time'~rohibition is hereby established for the parking
of motor vehicles on all of that certain piece of real property
described in the grant deed by Mtjo and Anna Miljevich to the City of Saratoga
recorded March 16, 1970 in Book 8864, Page 460 with the Santa Clara County
Recorder. No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle, nor cause nor permit
any vehicle to remain stopped, standing or parked, on any portion of the afore-
described off-street parking facility.
Section 3: The Director of Public Works shall cause appropriate signs
giving notice of the aforesaid off-street parking restriction
to be erected on said off-street parking facility as required by law.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 7th'~ day of
June , 1978, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kraus, Corr, Callon, & Kalb
NOES: None
