RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON STATE PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon a traffic study the following
designated portion of State property is
hereby declared to be a public nuisance and the parking of
motor vehicles is hereby prohibited for said portion of said
State property.
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
Los Gatos-Saratoga On West side of Hwy No Parking at Any
Road (Highway #9) #9 between the inter- Time
sections with Montalvo
Rd. and Mendelsohn Lane
This section shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at its regular
meeting held on the 4th day of April, 1979, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kalb, h~atteoni, Callon, tCre~us & Corr
NOES: None
ABSENT None
ATTEST:
