RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF PROSPECT ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The following designated portions of streets in the
City of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested
areas and the following limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby
established for said portions of said streets:
Name of Street Description Park.i~ng Limit
Prospect Road South side between Titus Ave. No Parking Anytime
and Saratoga Creek. North
side between Johnson Ave.
and Saratoga Creek
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs
and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
6th day of June, 1979 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Kolb, ~iteoni, Coilon, Kraus & Corr
NOES: ~gDe
