RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF PROSPECT ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The following portions of streets in the City of
Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas and the following
limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said
portions of said streets:
Name of Street Description Parking Limit
Prospect Road South side of Prospect No Parking
Road; a distance of Anytime
twenty (20) feet east
and twenty (20) feet
west of each of the
two (2) existing
driveways serving Grace
United Methodist Church,
18948 Prospect Road.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
19th day of March, 1980 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Callon, Corr~ M~tteoni~ Kraus
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
