RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PAPKING
ON A PORTION OF HERRIMAN AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The following portions of streets in the City of
Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas
and the following limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby es-
tablished for said portions of said streets:
Name of Street Description Parking Limit
Herriman Avenue North side from a point 138'+ 15 Minutes
easterly of State Route #85
(Saratoga/Sunnyvale Rd.) to a
point 188'+ easterly of State
Route #85 TSaratoga/Sunnyvale
Rd.)
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
markings are installed as delineated above.
This resolution supercedes SECTION I of MV-68 established on
August 1, 1973.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
!5th day of October, 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Cormciders Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
