RESOLUTION REMOVING FOUR-HOUR PARKING SIGNS
IN VILLAGE PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1
Section 1: The following designated parking lot in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared not to be a public
nuisance and the parking of motor vehicles is hereby permitted for
said City parking lot.
Name of Parking Lot Description
Parking District No. 1 Remove four-hour parking
limit.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs are removed.
This resolution supercedes Resolution No. MV-24.
The above and foregoing resolutic~ was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 21st day of January , 1981 by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
