RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF SARATOGA/SUNNYVALE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: The following portions of street in the City of Saratoga
are hereby declared to be congested areas and the follow-
ing limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said
portions of said streets:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
Saratoga/Sunnyvale Rd. East side of Saratoga/ NO PARKING
Sunnyvale Rd. from a ANYTIME
starting point 60'+
south of the centeFline
of Kirkmont Dr. and end-
ing at a point 268'+
south of the centerline
of Kirkmont Dr.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper mark-
ings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
19th day of November , 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
