RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF SCOTLAND DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: The following portions of street in the City of Saratoga
are hereby declared to be congested areas and the follow-
ing limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said
portions of said streets:
Name of Street Description Parking Limit
Scotland Drive Northwest side of Scotland Dr. NO PARKING
from a starting point 50'+ ANYTIME
northwest of centerline oF
Saratoga Ave. and ending at
a point 643.,'+ northwest of
the centerli~e of Saratota
Ave.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
18th day of March , 19 81 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Jensen and Watson and Mayor Callon
NOES: Councilmembers Clevenger and Mallory
ABSENT: None
