RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF GLEN BRAE DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The following portions of street in the City of Saratoga
are hereby declared to be congested areas and the follow-
ing limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said
portions of said streets:
Name of Street Description Parking Limit
Glen Brae Dr. East side of Glen Brae Dr. NO PARKING
from a starting point of ANYTIME
435'+ north of the center-
line of Via Real Dr. and
ending at a point 1160'+
north of the centerline of
Via Real Dr.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
markings are installed as delineated above.
This resolution supersedes Ordinance 38.84 which established a
passenger loading zone on Glen Brae Drive.
The above and foregoing reoslution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
first day of April , 1981 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory Watson, and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
