RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF
HILL AVE. AND MONTALVO RD. AS A YIELD INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga
are hereby designated as yield intersections:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Hill Avenue All vehicles traveling eastbound
and westbound on Hill Ave. shall
yield to traffic on Montalvo Road
before entering or crossing the
intersection thereof.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 21st day of October , 1981 by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
