RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following intersection of highways in the City
of Saratoga is hereby designated as a stop inter-
section:
PROSPECT ROAD and SCULLY AVENUE
All vehicles traveling on Scully Avenue shall stop before
entering or crossing the intersection thereof with Prospect
Road. This resolution shall become effective at such time as
the stop signs are erected.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga
held on the 17th day of July 1968, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Hartroans Tyter, Robbins, Smith
NOES: None
