RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF PASEO PRESADA
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: The following portion of street in the City of
Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested area
and the following limit for parking of motor vehicles is hereby
established for said portion of said street:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
Paseo Presada Westerly side of NO PARKING
Paseo Presada from ANYTIME
the extension of
the northerly curb
line of Cox Avenue
to a point 120 feet
northerly.
This section shall become effective at such time as the
proper markins are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 2]st day of April , 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers C]evenger, Jensen, Mallory, Watson, Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
