RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF BLUE
MEADOW COURT AND SUMNER DRIVE AS A STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION 1: The following intersection in the City of
Saratoga is hereby designated as a stop
intersection:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Blue Meadow Court All vehicles traveling northbound
on Blue Meadow Court shall stop be-
fore entering or crossing the inter-
section thereof with Sumner Drive.
Sumner Drive All vehicles traveling westbound on
Sumner Drive shall stop before entering
or crossing the intersection thereof
with Blue Meadow Court.
This section shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs and/or markers are installed.
SECTION 2: In order to implement regulations as set forth
in Section 1 other resolutions in conflict with
this resolution are hereby rescinded. The re-
mainder of said resolutions not in conflict
with this resolution, shall remain in full force
and effect.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the ]5th day of September , 1982, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Clevenger and Mallory and Mayor Callon
NOES: None
ABSENT: C0unci ]members Fanel ] i and M0yl es
