PORTIC~ OF SAPAIOGA AVENUE
The City Oouncil of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTICN I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following
designated portion of street in the City of Saratoga is hereby
declared to a ocngeste~ are, and the following limit for parking of motor
vehicles is hereby established for said portion of said street:

Saratoga Avenue Along the southeasterly side from a point NO PARKING
179 ft. southwesterly of the center- ANYTIME
line of Fruitvale Ave. to a point 753
feet southwesterly of the centerline
of Fruitvale Ave.
This section shall becfme effective at such time as the proper signs
and/or markings are inst~!led.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular nBeting held on the 19th
day of September, 1984, by the following vote: '
AYES: Councilmembers Callon, Clevenger,.Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Fanelli
