RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON LEXINGTON COURT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portions of streets in the City
of Saratoga are hereby declared to be congested areas and the following
limits for parking of motor vehicles are hereby established for said
portions of said streets:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
Lexington Court On both sides between NO PARKING
Herriman Avenue and 8:00 a.m. -
Chalet Lane (550 ft) 4:00 p.m. On all days
that school is in
session.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above, and to be effective
for a 4-month period, after which time Council shall re-evaluate this action.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the
17thday of October, 1984 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Callon, Cleven~er, Hlava, Moyles and Mayor Fanelli
NOES: NoIle
ABSENT: NoIle
