RESOLUTION PROHIBITlbI] PARKING ON A PORTION
OF SAPA~ AV~qUE AT LUT~ERIA ~I~Y
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: The following portions of street in the City of Saratoga are
hereby declared to be congested ares and the following limits for parking
of nutor vehicles are hereby established for said portions of said street.
NAME (F STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
Saratoga Avenue Southeasterly side between the No Parking Anytime
southerly line of Lutheria Way
and 115 feet southwesterly.
Saratoga Avenue Southeasterly side between the No Parking Anytime
northerly side of Lutheria Way
and 130 feet northeasterly.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs and/or
metkings are installed as delineated above.
The above the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of
December , 1988, by the following vote:
AYES: CDunci~rs Clevenger, Peterson, Stutzman, and Mayor ;U~derson
