ST. CHA/~.~ STREET AND SIXTH STREET AS A STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SEETION I. The following intersection in the City of Saratoga is hereby
designated as a stop intersection.
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
St. Charles Street All vehicles traveling on St. Charles St.
southerly bound shall stop before entering
Sixth Street.
This section shall beccre effective at such time as the proper signs
and/or m~rkings are installed.
The above and foregoing was passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City 7
of Saratoga at a regular meetirg held on the th day of December,
1988, by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Clevenger, Peterson, Stutzman, and Mayor Aa~derson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Co~mciLTemk~r Moyles
