NO PARKING AREA ADJACENT TO FIRE HYDRANTS
TO 10 FEET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 22514=,
the distance from a fire hydrant within
which no 'person shall stop, park or leave standing any
vehicle, is hereby changed from fifteen (15) feet to ten (t0)
feet, and the Director of Public Works is directed to indicate
such ten (10) foot distance on each side of each fire hydrant
in this City, by the appropriate markings.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Saratoga held'on..,t.h.~ ....... 8th day of April , , 1969,
by the fo].lowing vote:
AYES: councilmen Tyler~ Robbins, Dwyer~ Smith!, Sanders
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
