THREE-WAY STOP INTEP. qEETION AT PARKER RANCH ROAD AND VISTA ARROYO COURT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follc~s:
SECTION I: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby designated
as stop intersectkms.
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Parker ~ Noad All vehicles traveling on Parker Ranch Road
northe~~ and southwesttx3und shall stop
before e~tering or crossing the intersection
thereof with Vista Arroyo Court.
Vista Arroyo All vehicles traveling on Vista Arroyo Court north-
boura shall stop before entering the intersection
thereof with Parker Ranch ~oad.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are installed.
SECTION II: Based on an engineerir~ and traffic study, the following designated portions
of streets in the City of Saratoga shall be designated by double-yellow center-
e striping to indicate no driving to the left thereof:
Ccee~ Drive frcm 100'± westerly of Arroyo De Arguello
to DiamDrd Oeks Court
Star Ridge COurt frc~ Diamond Oaks Court to Chiquita Court.
Star Ridge Court from Chiquita Court to 500'
southerly of the end of the cul-de-sac.
This section shall hec3me effective at such time as the proper striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution Ks passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5 th day of April, 1989, by the
following vote:
AYES: Co~mcilmembers Moyles, Petarson, StutFman and Vice. Mayor Clevenger
