DRIVE A~) FREDERICKSBUNS DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saraotoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I. The follc~ing intersection in the City of Saratcqa is hereby
designated as a stop intersection
NAME OF STREET DESCR/PTION
Sunmer Drive All vehicles traveling on Sumner Drive
southeasterly bound shall stop before
entering Fredericksburg Drive.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The s/Dove and foregoing was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5th day
of April, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Councils FDyles, Peterson, Stutzman and Vice _Mayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT: Mayor Anderson
