REBCEIF~ION ESTA~,ISHING A TWO-WAY STOP
INTERSECTIC~ AT CEMER DRIVE AND
DIAMOND ~ COURT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
S~CTIC~ I: The following intersection in the City of Saratoga is hereby
designated as a stop intersection.
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Comer Drive All vehicles traveling on Comer Drive
westbound shall stop before entering
or crossing the intersection thereof
with Diamond Oaks Court.
Diamond Oaks Court All vehicles traveling on Diamond Oaks
Court southbound shall stop before
entering the intersection thereof with
Csmer Drive.
This section shall beccme effective at such time as the proper signs
are instal_led.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of
June, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Moyles, Peterson, Stutzn~n and Mayor Anderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Counci~r Clevenger
