RESOLUTION EStaBLIShING NO-PASSING ZONE
AND AUTHORIZING DELINEATION OF A PORTION
OF PARKER RANC~ NDAD BY DOUBLE
C~qTERIa~E STRIPING
~he City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follc~s:
SECTICE~ I: Based on an engineerir~ and traffic study, the following designated
portion of street in the City of Saratoga shall be designated by
double-yellc~ centerline striping to ir~icate no driving to the
left thereof:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Parker Ranch Road From 180 '+ southwesterly frcn
the centerline of Vista Arroyo Ct.
to a point 2,030'+_ southerly thereof.
This section shall beccm~ effective at such time as the proper striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of July ,
1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Co~mci~s Clevenger, Moyles, Peterson, Stutzman and ~yor Anderson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
