RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS
OF LUTHERIA WAY AND LA PALOMA AVENUE: AND OAK PLACE
AND LA PALOMA AVENUE AS STOP INTERSECITONS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I. The following intersection in the City of Saratoga
is hereby designated as a stop intersection.
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Lutheria Way All vehicles traveling on
Lutheria Way southwest bound
shall stop before entering
La Paloma Avenue
Oak Place All vehicles traveling on
on Oak Place northeast bound
shall stop before entering
La Paloma Avenue
This section shall become effective as such time
as the proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 6th day of September, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Counciln~sAnderson, Moyles, StutzmanandMayor Clevenger
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilme~r Peterson
