RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF PARKER
RANCH ROAD AND PARKER RANCH COURT AS A STOP INTER-
SECTION AND AS A YIELD INTERSECTION.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I. The following intersection in the City of Saratoga is
hereby designated as a stop intersection:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Parker Ranch Road All vehicles traveling on Parker
Ranch Road eastbound shall stop at
Parker Ranch Court before proceed-
ing northbound on said Parker Ranch
Road.
SECTION II. The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are
hereby designated as yield intersections:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Parker Ranch Road All vehicles traveling on Parker
Ranch Road eastbound to southbound
Parker Ranch Court shall yield to
traffic on said Parker Ranch Court.
Parker Ranch Court All vehicles traveling on Parker
Ranch Court northbound to westbound
Parker Ranch Road shall yield to
traffic on said Parker Ranch Road.
The above sections shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 6th day of December, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: Councils Anderson, Moyles, Peterson, Stutzman and Mayor Clevenger
