RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING OF STOPPING
AT ANY TIME ALONG SOUTH SIDE OF ALLENDALE
AVENUE (WEST VALLEY JUNIOR COLLEGE CAMPUS)
AND RESTRICTING HOURS OF PARKING ON HARLEIGH
DRIVE , ATHO8 PLACE, AND ALONG A PORTION OF
THE NORTH SIDE OF ALLENDALE AVEnUE.
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portlots of stree~ and/
or highwal~sin the City of Saratoga are hereby declared to
be congested areas, and the following time limits for
parking of motor vehicles is hereby established for said
portion of said streets and/or highways:

Harlei~h Dr Along both sides, from its wly.
intersection with Allendale and 8 P.M.
Avenue for a distance of 700
feet to the north except Saturdays,
Sundays and
Athos Place Along both sides from its
intersection with Harleigh Holidays.
Drive westerly for its entire
length.
Section 2: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following designated portion of street
and/or highway in the City of Saratoga is
hereby declared to be a congested area and parking of
motor vehicles is hereby prohibited for said portion of
said street and/or highway.
Allendale Ave Along the south side from its intersec-
tion with Fruitvale Ave. for a dis- NO PARKING
tance of 2200 ft. to the north OR STOPPING
(this being the entire frontage of AT ANY TIME
the West Valley Junior College on
Allendale Avenue).
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
held on the 1st day of October, 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Dwyer, Sanders, Smith, Tyler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Robbins
