RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION
OF CHESTER AVENUE AND TEN ACRES ROAD AT
A THREE-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council o4 the City o4 Saratoga hereby resolves a.s
follows:
SECTION 1. T'he following i;ntersection in the City of Sara%oga
is hereby designated as a three-way stop intersec-
rio;n:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Chester Avenue All vehicles traveling southbound
Chester Avenue shall stop at Ten Acre:s
Road before proceeding onto Ten Acres
road or continuing southbound on Cheste~
Avenue.
Ten Acres Road: All vehicles traveling westbound on Ten
Acres Road shall stop at Chester Avenue
before proceeding, on:,o Chester Avenue.
Chester Avenue All vehicles traveling northbound on
Chester Avenue shall stop at Ten Acres
Road before proceeding onto Ten Acres
Road or cont. inuin9 northbound on Chester
Avenue.
The above s~op signs shall become effective at such time, as
the proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by'
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular
held on the 7th day of August , 1990, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Clevenger, Kohler, Monia, and Mayor Stutzman
NOES: None
