RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION
OF GOLETA AVENUE AND SEA GULL WAY AS A
STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1. The following intersection in the City of Saratoga is
hereby designated as a stop intersection:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Goleta Avenue All vehicles traveling southwestbound
on Goleta Avenue shall stop at Sea
Gull Way before entering Sea Gull Way.
The above stop sign shall become effective at such time as
the proper sign and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting
...... .. held on the 19th day of December , 1990, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Clevenger, Kohler, Monia, and Mayor
Stutzman
