RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PASSING
ZONE ON SARATOGA AVENUE BETWEEN
SHADOW OAKS WAY AND CRESTBROOK DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1| Based upon an engineering and traffic study, that
portion of Saratoga Avenue between Shadow Oaks Way (southwesterly
of Herriman Avenue) and Crestbrook Drive has been determined to be
unsafe for passing and shall hereby be designated as a no passing
zone. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the
City installs the proper signage and striping.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 6th day of November, , 1991, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Clevenger, Monia, Stutzman and Mayor Kohler
NOES: None
ABSENT: Non e
