RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING
ON A PORTION OF SARATOGA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following portion of street in the City of
Saratoga is hereby declared to be congested and the following limit
for parking of motor vehicles is hereby established for said
portion of said street.
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION PARKING LIMIT
Saratoga Avenue Northwesterly side NO PARKING
between Herriman Avenue ANYTIME
and Moran Lane
This section shall become effective at such time as the city
installs the proper signage.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the Cit of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 6th day of Nove~nE~er , 1991, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Clevenger, l'lonia, Stutzman and Mayor I(ohler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
