RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: The following intersection of highways in the City
of Saratoga is hereby designated as a stop inter-
sect ion:
PROSPECT ROAD and VIA RONCOLE
All vehicles traveling on Via Roncole shall stop before entering or
crossing the intersection thereof with Prospect Road. This Reso-
lution shall become effective at such time as the stop signs are
ere ct ed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the 15th day of October 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Dwyer, Robbins, Smith, Sanders
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
