RESOLUTION REMOVING STOP SIGN ON MONTE VISTA
DRIVE AT XTS XNTERSECFION WITH VIA COLINA
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
~ The following portion of Section I of Resolution No.
MV-193 (adopted September 5, 1990) is hereby rescinded and no
longer in effect=

Monte Vista Drive All vehicles travelling eastbound on
Monte Vista Dr~ve shall stop at Via
Colina before proceding onto Via
Colina or continuing eastbound across
Via Colina on Monte Vista Drive.
The remainder of said Resolution No. MV-193 not in conflict with
this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and pavement markers are removed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of ~e ~~ Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the/~[ ~ day , 1992, by the following vote:
AYES= Counciln~Anderson, Clevemger, Monia, StutzmanandMayor Kohler
