RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF GOLETA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
~ Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of street in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested
area and the following limit for parking of motor
vehicles is hereby established for said portion of
said street:
Name of Street .... _ Description _ Parking .Limit
Goleta Avenue On the northerly side from NO PARKING
a point which is 175± feet ANYTIME
north-easterly of Sea Gull
Way and extending 100~ feet
easterly therefrom.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the ~ ...... day of~, 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Counci~ Anderson, Clevenger, Monia, Stutzman and Mayor Kohler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
