RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION
OF SIXTH STREET
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
~ Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
the following portion of street in the City of Saratoga is hereby
declared to be congested and the following limit for parking of
motor vehicles is hereby established for said portion o[ said
street:

Sixth Street On the southwesterly side NO PARKING ANYTIME
beginning at a point which
is 2376 feet southeaSterly
of the southeasterly curb
line of Big Basin Way and
extending 40~ feet south-
easterly therefrom.
This section shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs and½or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the City Council of the Cit~ f S ratoga at a regular meeting
held on the /~T day of~ , 1992, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmember Andersc~, Clevenger, Monia, Stutzman and Mayor Kohler
