RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF
OAK PLACE AND ORCHARD ROAD
AS A THREE-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION I. The following intersection in the City of Saratoga
is hereby designated as a three-way stop intersec-
tion.
Name=Of.-St~eet Description
Oak Place All vehicles traveling on Oak Place
northeasterly and southwesterlybound
shall stop before entering or cross-
ing Orchard Road.
Orchard Road All vehicles traveling on Orchard
Road southeasterly bound shall stop
before entering Oak Place.
This section shallbecome effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 5th day of August, 1992, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Kohler, Monia, Tucker and Mayor Anderson
ABSENT: None
