A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SARATOGA RESTRICTING PORTION OF
OAK STREET TO 5 MINUTE PARKING
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saratoga as
follows:
1. The heroinafter described section of Oak Street in
the City of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a con-
geeted area, is hereby limited to 5 minute parking
from 8 A.M- to 3 P.M. and subject to the provisions
of Article 9-05 and Section 9-15.060 of the Code of
the City of Saratoga.

Oak Street On the southeasterly side from
approximately 60 feet southwest-
erly of the centerline of Komina
Avenue to approximately 240 feet
southwesterly of said centerline
of Komina Avenue.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held
on the ~- ]8th.. day of Novembe~ = , 1992, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Kohler, Monia, Tucker and Mayor Anderson
