R=SOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON A
PORTION OF KIRKMONT DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
I~[~ZLQE_ll Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of street in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested
area and the following limit for parking of motor
vehicles is hereby established for said portion of
said street:
NameOf Street ~ parking Limit
Kirkmont Dr. On the northerly side from NO PARKING
a point which is 325+ feet ANYTIME
easterly from Saratoga-Sunny-
vale Road to a point which is
340+ feet easterly of said
Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 16th day of June , 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Kohler, Monia, Tucker and Mayor Anderson
NOES None
ABSENT: None
