RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NO PASSING ZONE
ON FOURTH STREET BETWEEN BIG BASIN WAY
AND SPRINGER AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study,
that portion of Fourth Street between Big
Basin Way and Springer Avenue has been deter-
mined to be unsafe for passing and shall here-
by be designated as a no passing zone. This
Resolution shall become effective at such time
as the proper striping is put down.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
;.. on the 4th day of .. August , 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Burger, Kohler, Monia and Mayor Tucker
NOES: None
