RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COX AVENUE, BETWEEN
SARATOGA-SUNNYVALE ROAD AND SARATOGA AVENUE,
AS A THROUGH HIGHWAY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Cox Avenue, between Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road
and Saratoga Avenue, be designated as a through
Highway and stop signs shall be erected at all
entrances thereto, requiring all vehicles to stop
before entering or crossing, said through highway.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Saratoga held on
the 3rd day of December , 1969, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Tyler, Dwyer, Robbins, Smith, Sanders
NOES No ne
ABSENT: None
