RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION OF
CLEMSON AVENUE AND SWARTHMORE DRIVE/VANDERBILT.DRIVE
AS A STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1. The following intersection in the City of Saratoga
is hereby designated as a stop intersection:
Name of Street Description
Swarthmore Drive All vehicles traveling northbound on Swarthmore
Drive shall stop at Clemson Avenue before
entering or crossing said Clemson Avenue.
Vanderbilt Drive All vehicles traveling southbound on Vanderbilt
Drive shall stop at Clemson Avenue before
entering or crossing said Clemson Avenue.
The above stop signs shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 4th day of August, 19q3 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Burger, Kohler, Monia and Mayor Tucker
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
