RE2OLUTION NO. MV-211
RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION
OF TRINITY AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1. Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the
following designated portion of streets in the City
of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested
area and the following limit for parking of motor
vehicles is hereby established for said portion of
said streets:
Name of Street Description Parking Limit
Trinity Avenue On the northerly side No Parking
between 20649 and 20677 Anytime
Trinity Avenue
Trinity Avenue On the southerly side from No Parking
a point which is 50' + west- Anytime
erly of Lacey Avenue to the
south by southwesterly curb
return of Trinity Avenue at
Lacey Avenue.
This section shall become effective at such time as the proper
signs and/or markings are installed as delineated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 4th day of ~U~.~ ............ , 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Burger, Kohler, Monia and Mayor Tucker
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
