RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS
OF SHADOW MOUNTAIN DRIVE/LJEPAVA DRIVE
AND MILJEVICH DRIVE AS STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
Section 1. The following intersections in the City of Saratoga
are hereby designated as stop intersections:
Name of 8~.~et DeScription
Ljepava Drive All vehicles traveling eastbound on Ljepava
Drive shall stop at Shadow Mountain Drive
before entering said Shadow Mountain Drive.
Miljevich Drive All vehicles traveling eastbound on Miljevich
Drive shall stop at Shadow Mountain Drive
before entering said Shadow Mountain Drive.
The above stop signs shall become effective at such time as the
proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 4th day of Auqust , 1993, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Burger, Kohler, Monia and Mayor Tucker
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
