RESOLLv~ION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTION
OF BUCKNALLROAOAND PASEO PRESADA AS A
THRES-WAY STOP INTERSECTION
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION I. The following intersection in the City of Saratoga is
hereby designated as a three-way stop intersection:
NAME:OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Bucknall Road All vehicles traveling eastbound on
BucknallRoad shall stop at Paseo Presada
before proceeding onto southbound Paseo
Presada or continuing eastbound on
Buckhall Road.
Paseo PTesada All vehicles traveling northbound on
PaseoPresada shall stop at Buckhall Road
before proceeding onto eastbound or west-
bound Buckhall Road.
Buckhall Road All vehicles traveling westbound on
Buckhall Road shall stop at Paseo Presada
before proceeding onto southbound Paseo
Presada or continuing westbound on
Buckhall Road.
The above stop signs shall become effective at such time as
the proper signs and/or markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held
on the 4th day of AUgUst :_ ....... ., 1993, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Burger, Kohler, Monia and Mayor Tucker
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
